高职“系司所”产学研一体化模式研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 高职教育为服务区域经济发展和面向企业职业化人才培养的需求,必然走产学研合作之路。高职"系司所"产学研一体化模式作为"工学交替"类型模式的一种,以系(二级学院)、公司、研究所(院)作为模式运营载体,理顺各参与载体的职责。该模式的探索实践解决了三个核心问题,形成了成体系的教育教学方案。运用该模式后的人才培养取得了良好的实践成效,获得了三点经验启示,并指出了该模式存在的不足之处。 To serve the development of the regional economy and train the professional talents for enterprises, higher education must follow the collaborative road of industrial-academic-research. In the theoretical research and practice for nine years, an industrial-academic-research model has been gradually matured. As a work-study alternation mode, the mode is based on some operational carriers including the departments(secondary colleges), research institutes and companies, and rationalizes the responsibilities of each participating carrier. The exploration of this mode solves three core problems and formed a systematic educational program. After using the mode, good practice results are obtained. The paper also points out the shortcomings of the mode.
