摘要
随着我国经济发展和产业结构升级以及世界经济新格局的逐渐形成,职业能力越来越显著地成为人才竞争的绝对优势。商务英语人才作为我国外向型经济发展的桥梁,其职业能力的培养显得尤为重要。结合美国德州州立大学以职业能力培养为特色的实践教学机制,提出商务英语专业应立足于国情、行情、校情、学情,强化以人为本的教育理念,以学生的职业生涯发展和可持续发展为主线,以就业为导向,以职业能力培养为核心,构建模块化、分层递进、全方位的实践教学体系,为国家和社会培养高素质、高技能人才。
With the growth of industrial structure of China's economy and the changing of global economy, the vocational skill stands out as a significant advantage in the market place. Since business English talents play a very important role in China's export-oriented economy, the cultivation of their vocational skills is particularly important. Thus an idea of constructing modular,layered and all-round business English practical teaching system is put forward, combining with the characteristic practical teaching models of Texas State University. Furthermore, it is emphasized that the practical teaching system should be both people-oriented and employment-oriented with career and sustainable development as the main focuses and vocational ability training as the core on the basis of the requirement and demand of our country, business market, schools and students.
