网络环境下中等职业学校教师“实践共同体”调查研究——以江苏省第十二批特级教师(中职)群体为例

摘要 江苏省第十二批特级教师(中职)20名是江苏省中职学校开评的首批职业教育省特级教师群体。通过问卷调查、电话或邮箱访谈、查阅特级教师所在中职校网站网页的特级教师个人情况介绍、中国知网发表论文情况、江苏省职业教育名师工作室网站个人介绍等路径,对网络环境下特级教师(中职)群体构建的"实践共同体"学习状态与专业化发展成效进行调研分析,得出有关结论与启示。 The 12^th batches of 20 special-grade teachers of secondary vocational school are the first ones who are selected in Jiangsu Province. The author makes an investigation and analysis of the learning state and professional development effect of the practical community constructed by special-grade teachers in secondary vocational schools under the network environment through questionnaires, telephone or mailbox interview, the personal introduction of the special-grade teachers in the web pages of the vocational school website, the publication of papers in the CNKI, the personal introduction of the website of the teaching studios in Jiangsu province, etc. Then some conclusions are drawn and some recommendations are made.
