盗窃类案件犯罪嫌疑人特征在讯问中的应用探讨

盗窃案件犯罪嫌疑人人口学信息、在押期间心理状态有一定的规律和特点,对嫌疑人是否供述有一定影响,讯问人员在分析以上信息资料后采用与之相适应的讯问对策。以广州市X区看守所50名在押盗窃类案件犯罪嫌疑人为考察对象,依据实证调查结果,提出综合运用对抗性讯问策略和非对抗性讯问策略,依据个案嫌疑人具体情况科学制定讯问策略和针对盗窃类案件特点收集证据材料,以达到讯问目的。

The demographic information and psychological state of the criminal suspect in the theft cases have certain regularity and characteristics, which have a certain influence on whether the suspect has confessed or not. After analyzing the above information, the interrogator adopts the appropriate interrogation countermeasures.This paper took 50 criminal suspects committed to X District House of Detention of Guangzhou as survey subjects. According to empirical study results, it proposes comprehensive application of antagonistic interrogation strategies and nonantagonistic interrogation strategies, scientifically formulating interrogation strategies on the basis of particular circumstances of individual suspects and collecting evidence materials according to the characteristics of the theft case to achieve the purpose of interrogation.
