现如今,智能手机电池续航能力不足的问题使得公共手机充电桩应时而生,但是伴随而来公共手机充电桩犯罪却给广大手机用户带来了威胁。此类新型犯罪具有隐蔽性强、模式高端和边际成本低等特点,同时,由于相关法律的缺失和公安机关治理、侦查能力的不足,使得公安机关在打击过程中出现防控难、取证难和抓捕难等问题。因此,只有完善相关法律法规,加强行业整治,提高公安机关的侦查水平、策动群力,才能有效打击此类犯罪。
