摘要
胰肠吻合方式的合理选择是胰十二指肠切除术后患者顺利康复的关键因素之一。术者应该根据胰腺质地、胰腺断端直径、胰管位置、胰管直径、空肠直径等，选择不同的胰肠吻合方式。本文就当前应用广泛采用的胰肠吻合方式结合本中心的经验作一综述。
The proper selection of pancreaticojejunostomy in pancreaticoduodenectomy is very important factor for patients＇postoperative recovery. The method of pancreaticojejunostomy should be performed individually on the basis of the pancreatic texture, size of pancreatic residue, duct size, duct location, jejunal size, et al. The paper presents a review of widely used pancreaticojejunostomy and our experience.
