摘要
培养国际商务背景下的跨文化交际能力是商务英语专业人才培养的核心任务之一。本研究以最新颁布的《高等学校商务英语专业本科教学质量国家标准》为依据,在综述国内外具有代表性的跨文化交际能力研究成果的基础上,从认知、情感和行为三个维度构建商务英语专业跨文化交际能力框架,并提出相应的培养途径,以期为商务英语专业跨文化交际教学实践与研究提供有益参考。
It is one of the core tasks for the Business English Program to develop Business English majors' intercultur- al communicative competence (ICC) in the international business context. In the light of the newly-released National Criterion of Teaching Quality for BA Program in Business English and on the basis of a review of representative ICC re- search achievements both at home and abroad, this study attempts to construct an ICC framework for Business English majors from three dimensions of cognition, emotion and behavior, and then proposes some approaches for ICC cultiva- tion. The study is expected to provide useful reference for the Business English Program in ICC teaching and research.
