摘要
大学教授在德国大学中有极高的地位和重要的影响,大学教授的升等方式历来是德国高等教育改革的重要内容。传统上取得博士学位与教授升等资格是德国大学公认的晋升大学教授的两个必经阶段,这种严苛的晋升之路导致德国大学教授年龄偏大,并阻碍了女性科研工作者的积极性。为了改变这种状况,德国新《大学纲要法》中创造性地引入了青年教授制度,时至今日,德国青年教授制度总体取得了较好的效果。
Professors have great prestige and influence in germen universities.The pro-motion to be a professor has always been important in the reform of the higher education.Traditionally,the doctoral degree and the qualification of promotion are two required stages.The severe promotion leads to the result that professors are aged.And it also deprives the en-thusiasm of female researchers.In order to change the situation,young professor system iscreatively introduced into the new University Outline Law in Germany,which has achievedgood results till now.Studying the reform of Germany professor promotion system will pro-vide some useful reference for the reform of employment system in universities in China.
