摘要
由于大蒜机械化生产设备价格昂贵,且受场地因素制约,传统的大蒜农机操作培训往往达不到预期效果,而虚拟仿真技术是解决上述问题的关键。为此,结合大蒜全程生产技术数字模拟体系系统要求,采用四层软件架构体系,使用Unity 3D作为开发工具,构建和优化三维模型,并进行虚拟仿真交互设计,开发从种植、田间管理到收获全过程的大蒜全程生产技术数字模拟系统。该系统已成功应用于济宁市金乡县大蒜农机操作培训,实践结果表明,基于Unity 3D的大蒜全程生产技术数字模拟系统运行稳定,场景逼真,操作简单,易于使用,具有一定的应用价值。
Due to the high price of garlic's mechanized production equipment and limited space, traditional garlic's agricultural machin cry operation training often failed to achieve the desired effect. Virtual simulation technology was the key to solve the above problem. Combined with the requirements of digital simulation system of garlic's whole-process production technology, we used Unity3D as the development tool to build and optimize 3D model. At the same time we designed virtual simulation interaction. Finally, we developed digital simulation software of garlic's whole-process production technology with four layers software architecture. The system had been successfully applied to the training of garlic's agricultural machinery operation in Jinxiang county of Jining city. The practice showed that the scene of digital simulation system was very lifelike, the digital simulation system was stable, easy to use and had a certain application value.
