摘要
采用花岗岩石粉作为填料制备了JF防水砂浆,研究了石粉掺量和石粉级配对防水砂浆力学性能的影响,同时考察了石粉级配对其抗渗性能的影响。结果表明:当石粉用量为总粉料量的65%,细石粉含量占总石粉用量的30%时,防水砂浆的综合性能最佳,抗压和抗折强度分别达到26.7 MPa和8.5 MPa,抗渗压力达到1.8 MPa,性能指标均能满足现行标准JC/T 984—2011中Ⅱ型防水砂浆的技术要求。
JF waterproofing mortar is prepared with granite powder as filler. The influences of amount and gradation of the powder on mechanical property of the mortar are studied. At the same time, the effect of stone powder level on its impermeability is investigated. The results show that when the stone powder accounts is 65% of total powder and fine stone powder accounts is 30% of the stone powder, the performances of waterproofing mortar are optimal while the compressive strength is 26.7 MPa, the tensile strength is 8.5 MPa and the impermeability pressure is 1.8 MPa, which meet the technical requirements ofⅡ -type mortar in JC/T 984-2011.
