Preparation of Flame Retardant Spraying Quick-setting Rubber Modified Asphalt Waterproofing Coating

阐述了阻燃型喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料的制备方法,主要研究了橡胶胶乳的用量、阻燃剂用量等因素对涂料性能的影响。实验结果表明,橡胶胶乳(阳离子丁苯)用量为30%、复配阻燃剂用量为6%、Si O_2气凝胶掺量为6%时,制得的阻燃型喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料综合性能较好。

This article expounds preparation of flame-retardant spraying quick-setting rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating, and mainly studies influences of amounts of rubber latex and flame retardant on performances of the coating. Results show that compound performances of the flame retardant spraying quick-setting rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating are better when rubber latex is 30%, compound flame retardant is 6% and SiO2 aerogel is 6%.
