摘要
运用耦合协调度模型和障碍度模型,探讨了20世纪90年代中期以来我国沿海城市群开发强度与资源环境承载力的耦合协调关系及其障碍因素。结果表明:(1)开发强度加速上升,呈现珠三角>长三角>京津冀>山东半岛>辽中南,深圳和上海处于最高一级,承德最低;资源环境承载力稳步上升,呈现珠三角>辽中南>山东半岛>京津冀>长三角,深圳最高,肇庆最低。(2)开发强度与资源环境承载力处于拮抗耦合阶段,非同步特征明显,以轻度失调类型为主,长三角协调度最高,辽中南协调度最低。(3)不同指标对开发强度和资源环境承载力协调发展的障碍度差异较为明显,前五位障碍指标是人口密度、人均耕地面积、经济密度、城市建设用地占比和人均公园绿地面积。
Taking the coastal urban agglomerations in China as study case, this paper used coupling coordination model and obstacle degree model to clarify the coordination characteristics between development strength and resource environmental bearing capacity and its obstacle indi- cators since the middle of 1990s. The results showed that:①The development strength showed an accelerating upward trend, and presenting Pearl River Delta 〉 Changjiang River Delta 〉 Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei 〉 Shandong Peninsula 〉 Central and Southern Liaoning. The develop- ment strength in Shenzhen and Shanghai was the highest. The resource environmental bearing capacity showed an increasing trend steadily, and presenting Pearl River Delta 〉 Central and Southern Liaoning 〉 Shandong Peninsula 〉 Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei 〉 Changjiang River Delta. The resource environmental bearing capacity in Shenzhen was the highest, and the resource environmental bearing capacity in Zhaoqing was the low- est. ②The coupling degree between development strength and resource environmental bearing capacity was in the stage of antagonistic coupling, and the non - synchronism was obvious. The coordination degree showed the mild disorder type. Among them, the coordination degree of the Changjiang River Delta was the highest, and the coordination degree of the Central and Southern Liaoning reached the lowest. ③The obstacle degree of each index to coupling coordination degree between development strength and resource environmental bearing capacity was obvious, and the top five obstacle indicators presenting population density 〉 per capita arable land area 〉 economic density 〉 urban construction land share 〉 per capita park green space.
