农地流转、适度规模经营与农业生产效率

Farmland Transfer,Optimal Land Scale and Agricultural Productivity

基于农地经营权流转市场的农户决策模型和随机前沿分析模型,运用2012年我国家庭追踪调查数据分析了农地流转对农户家庭农业生产效率的影响。结果表明:农地流转改变了农地经营规模,从而提高了农户的农业生产效率;农地流转后存在一个农户适度经营规模区间使农业生产效率达到最优水平。实证结果显示:农地转入仅对土地产出率具有正向作用,而农地转出对农业劳动生产率和土地产出率均具有积极影响;完成农地转入后,农户经营规模为8.00—13.33hm^2的土地产出率达到最优;完成农地转出后,农户经营0.67—1.33hm^2的农业劳动生产率和土地产出率均达到最优。

Based on the farmer decision-making model in the market of farmland transfer rights,and the stochastic frontier analysis model,using 2012 China family panel studies national micro-survey data,this paper analyzed the impact of the inward and outward transfer of agricultural land on the farmer＇s agricultural production efficiency. The results showed that after the farmers participated in the transfer of farmland,the farmer＇ s agricultural production efficiency also changed due to the change of the farmland＇ s management scale. After the agricultural land circulation,there was an optimal scale of land,and the agricultural productivity could reach the optimal level in the range. The econometrics results showed that the conversion of agricultural land had a positive effect on the improvement of land productivity,but it had no significant effect on agricultural labor productivity. Besides,the transfer of agricultural land had a positive effect on both agricultural labor productivity and land productivity. In the case of inward transfer,the land productivity was at the highest level if the land scale was in the range of 8. 00-13. 33 hm2. On the contrary,the land productivity reached the optimal level,in the outward case,if the range was 0. 67-1. 33 hm2.
