摘要 在企业日常生产、经营、管理过程中,常需要通过对非结构化的文本进行分析,及时发现问题,实现监控与整改。通过人工对海量文档进行查阅,耗时、枯燥,且不可避免地受到个人主观因素的影响。为此,开发了一个基于NLP(Natural Language Processing,自然语言处理)企业文件智能监察系统,核心步骤为对非结构化数据进行结构化处理,这种处理技术,可以降低数据的体量,降低数据分析、挖掘、应用的难度。系统还用到了知识管理库及专家系统等技术。该系统将企业文件审核工作自动化,提升工作效率,加强监控力度,使得原本只能抽查的工作变为全样检查成为可能。 During the process of producing,running and management of an enterprise,it needs to carry out analysis to find out problems in time,and help monitoring and rectification.Consulting massive non-structured data is time-consuming and boring,and will be affected by subjective factors inevitably.This paper proposes an enterprise files intelligent monitoring system based on AI technologies such as NLP(Natural Language Processing).The key procedure is to process non-structured data.By this,the volume of the data will be reduced greatly and the difficulties of analysis,digging and application of the data will reduced.What's more,knowledge base and expert system will be used.It will make the work of consulting enterprise files automatic,effective.And since it turns this work,the monitoring will be intensified.
