脑电生物反馈治疗联合SSRIs类药物对老年脑卒中后焦虑患者焦虑情绪和生活质量的影响

The effect of EEG biofeedback combined with SSRIs on the anxiety mood and quality of life in patients with anxiety after cerebral apoplexy

目的探讨脑电生物反馈联合SSRIs类药物治疗对老年脑卒中后焦虑患者的焦虑情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选择87例老年脑卒中后焦虑患者,随机分为对照组(n=44例)、研究组(n=43例),对照组给予舍曲林系统治疗,研究组给予脑电生物反馈联合治疗。于治疗前,治疗后第2、4、8周末行汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)、生活质量指数量表(QLI)、副反应量表(TESS)评定。结果两组患者组在治疗前HAMA、MBI、QLI评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在治疗第2周、第4周两组间比较评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在治疗后第8周两组间评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TESS评分在治疗后第2、4、8周末比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑电生物反馈治疗联合SSRIs类药物治疗脑卒中后焦虑患者更快的缓解患者的焦虑情绪,减少药物副反应,提高患者脑卒中后生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of EEG biofeedback combined with SSRIs on the anxiety mood and quality of life in patients with anxiety after cerebral apoplexy. Methods 87 senile patients with anxiety after cerebral apoplexy were enrolled and then randomly divided into two groups： the control group （were treated with SSRIs） and the study group （treated wit EEG biofeedback combined with SSRIs ） .44 cases were in the control group and 43 cases in the study group. HAMA, BMI, QLI and TESS were used to surveyed for both group patients before and after treatment （ 2, 4 and 8 weeks ） . Results There was no significant difference in HAMA, MBI and QLI scores before and after treatment between the two groups （P〉0.05）; The HAMA, MBI, QLI scores were different significantly at 2 weeks, 4 weeks after treatment between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） . There were no significant differences in HAMA, MBI and QLI scores at 8 weeks between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） . There were significant differences in TESS after treatment （ 2, 4 and 8 weeks ）（ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The EEG biofeedback combined with SSRIs was effective and more quickly to reduce anxiety mood and side effects of drugs for patients with anxiety after cerebral apoplexy. It can also improve the quality of life.
