放松疗法对消化道恶性肿瘤患者的疗效观察

Observation of the effect of relaxing therapy on patients with digestive tract malignant tumor

目的探索放松疗法对消化道恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量、睡眠质量与焦虑抑郁情绪的疗效。方法选取2014年3月~2015年12月于我院接受治疗的82例消化道恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数表平均分成2组,其中41例接受常规治疗和护理的患者为对照组,其余41例在常规治疗和护理的基础上添加放松疗法的患者为观察组。综合对比两组患者治疗前后的生活质量、睡眠质量以及焦虑抑郁情绪。结果两组患者接受治疗前生活质量、睡眠质量和焦虑抑郁情绪评分对比,组间差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者生活质量、睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁情绪均有显著改善,且观察组患者上述指标改善程度比对照组幅度大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放松疗法可以显著改善消化道恶性肿瘤患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,生活质量和睡眠质量,较单一接受常规治疗和护理有更突出优势。

Objective To explore the effect of relaxing therapy on the quality of life, sleep quality, anxiety and depression mood of patients with digestive tract malignant tumor. Methods 82patientswith digestive tract malignant tumor who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects, according to the random number table all the patients weredivided into 2 groups, of which 41 cases of patients received conventional treatment and nursing were as the control group, and the remaining 41 cases patients add relaxing therapy on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing care were as the observation group. The quality of life, sleep quality and negative emotion were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference ofscores in quality of life, sleep quality and anxiety and depression mood between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05 ） ; After treatment, the quality of life, sleep quality and anxiety and depression mood in both two groups were significantly improved, and the improvement of the parameters mentioned above in the observation group was higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Relaxing therapy can significantly improve the anxiety and depression mood, quality of life and quality of sleep in patients with digestive tract malignant tumor. Compared with conventional treatment and nursing, it has more prominent advantages.
