综合护理干预对阿尔茨海默症患者负面情绪、护理不良事件及满意度的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions,nursing adverse events and satisfaction of patients with Alzheimer's disease

目的研究综合护理干预对阿尔茨海默病患者负面情绪、护理不良事件及护理满意度的影响。方法选择在我院治疗的阿尔茨海默病患者150例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各75例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者的简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、Cornell痴呆抑郁量表(CSDD)评分、老年痴呆生活质量量表(QOL-AD)评分、护理不良事件和护理满意度。结果两组患者干预后的MMSE评分和ADL评分均高于干预前,实验组患者的得分更高;实验组患者护理不良事件的总发生率较低,护理满意度较高(P<0.05);干预后两组患者的CSDD评分下降,QOL-AD评分上升,实验组患者得分的变化幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以提高阿尔茨海默病患者的生活质量、认知功能和日常生活能力,减少护理不良事件,改善患者的情绪状态,提高护理满意度,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions, nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods 150 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease who treated in our hospital were divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly, 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The MMSE scores, ADL scores, CSDD scores, QOL-AD scores, nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results The scores of MMSE and ADL in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention. The scores mentioned above in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower and the nursing satisfaction was higher compared with those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . After intervention, the CSDD score decreased and QOL-AD scores increased in both two groups, and the changing score range in the experimental group was larger, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life, cognitive function and daily life ability of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease, it can also reduce nursing adverse events, improve the patient＇s emotional state as well as nursing satisfaction. Thus, it is worthy of clinical application.
