基于循证医学理念的心理护理对四肢骨折患者情绪及预后的影响

Effect of psychological nursing based on the concept of evidence-based medicine on mood and prognosis of patients with limb fractures

目的探究基于循证医学理念的心理护理对四肢骨折患者情绪,预后及护理满意度的影响。方法选取为2014年2月到2016年12月之间我院收治的118例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各59例,对照组实施常规骨科护理,研究组则在常规护理的基础上实施基于循证医学理念的心理护理,对比干预前后两组患者的疼痛程度、生存质量、焦虑抑郁情绪及护理满意度。结果干预前两组患者的疼痛程度,焦虑抑郁情绪和生活质量对比,组间均无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后两组患者上述指标较干预前均有显著改善,且研究组的患者的疼痛程度,焦虑抑郁情绪和生活质量对比改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总体护理满意度为98.3%(58/59),显著高于对照组的86.4%(51/59)(P<0.05)。结论实施基于循证医学理念的心理护理能够有效的改善四肢骨折患者的情绪状态及预后状况,提高了患者的护理满意度,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing based on the concept of evidence-based medicine on the mood and prognosis of patients with limb fractures. Methods A total of 118 patients with limb fractures were collected from February 2014 to December 2016 for this research and then randomly divided into the study group （n=59） and the control group （n=59）. The control group was treated with routine orthopedic nursing. The study group was treated with psychological nursing based on the concept of evidence-based medicine besides conventional nursing care. The pain degree, quality of life, anxiety and depression mood, nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results There was no significant difference in the pain degree, quality of life, anxiety and depression mood between the two groups before and after treatment （P〉 0.05 ） . After intervention, the above indicators of the two groups of patients were both significantly improved than those before intervention, and the improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The overall nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.3 %, which was significantly higher than that of the control group which was 86.4 % （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing based on the concept of evidence-based medicine can effectively improve the emotional state and prognosis of patients with limb fractures, also improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction. Thus, it＇ s worthy of clinical promotion and application.
