图书馆智库建设与服务的实践进展

Practice Advance in Library Think Tank Construction and Service

智库建设是图书馆当前转型发展的主要方向之一。笔者结合网络调研、文献调研、电话采访等多种方法,调研了近年来国内主要图书馆的智库建设实践,总结了图书馆智库建设的主要举措和趋势特点。研究结果显示,这些图书馆主要从组织架构、资源建设和产品传播策略、企业服务方面率先进行了探索。图书馆智库建设找准目标定位、夯实人才基础、加强多方协同合作和新技术应用至关重要。

The construction of think tank is one of the main directions for the transformation of library currently. This paper aimed to study the practice advance of library think tank construction and service, and provide reference for the service development of libraries in China. It investigated the recent practice of think tank construction in major libraries in China, and summarized the main measures and trend based on network research, literature research and telephone interview. The results showed that these libraries were pioneers to change the organizational structure, resource construction, product communication strategies and enterprise service according to the need of think tank. It is important for libraries to identify the target positioning, consolidate the talent base, strengthen the multi-collaborative work and adopt new technologies.
