摘要 运用三维分析技术,揭示延迟性肌肉酸痛年龄特征,探讨其与超量恢复的关系。研究方法:选取三个不同年龄段24名健康男性。按改良田野延迟性肌肉酸痛模型运动后,采用Vicon系统12台红外高速摄影机对实验对象原地垂直纵跳动作的身体重心上升高度,踝关节角度和膝关节角度数据进行采集,分别测试安静时,运动后24小时及每增加24小时测一次,测至168h。结果显示:3个年龄组身体重心高度在延迟性肌肉酸痛恢复过程中的变化为先降低(p<0.05或p<0.01)后逐渐恢复增加(p<0.05或p<0.01);3个年龄组踝关节角度在延迟性肌肉酸痛恢复过程呈先变小(p<0.05或p<0.01)再逐步恢复增大(p<0.05或p<0.01)的趋势;3个年龄组膝关节角度在延迟性肌肉酸痛恢复过程呈现先增大(p<0.05或p<0.01)后变小(p<0.05或p<0.01)趋势。结论:(1)3个年龄组在大强度运动后,都出现了延迟性肌肉酸痛和超量恢复。(2)25岁之后随着年龄的增长,人体各器官的功能下降,人体运动能力不能达到原有机体适应的运动强度和运动量。所以延迟性肌肉酸痛恢复可能不受年龄的影响,与不同运动形式、运动强度、运动量密切相关。(3)不同年龄段在大强度运动后都出现延迟性肌肉酸痛,但由于对运动强度和运动量的刺激反应不同,产生超量恢复的时间也不一样。 Three - dimensional analysis was used to reveal the age characteristics of delayed onsetmuscle soreness and to explore the re- lationship between the age and recovery. Research method: Twenty - four healthy men in three different age groups were selected. Ac- cording to the modified field delayed onset muscle soreness model movement, 12 infrared high -speed cameras of Vicon system were used to measure the height of body center of gravity in the vertical jump of the subjects in situ. The ankle joint angle and knee joint an- gle data were collected and measured once 24 hours after exercise to168h when quiet. The results showed that the change of body bary- centric height in three age groups was decreased at first ( p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0.01 ) and then increased gradually ( p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0.01 ). In the three age groups, the ankle joint angle became smaller at the beginning ( p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0.01 ) and then increased gradually ( p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference between the three age groups in the recovery process of PMI. In the three age groups,the knee joint angle first increased ( p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0.01 ) and then decreased ( p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0.01 ) after the recovery process of delayed onset muscle soreness. Conclusions : ( 1 ) After intensive exercise, three age groups had delayed onset muscle soreness and overdose recovery. (2) After the age of 25, the function of various organs of the human body declines, and the human body can not reach the exercise intensity and the amount of exercise that the original body can adapt to with the increase of age. Therefore, the recov- ery of delayed onset muscle soreness may not be affected by age and is closely related to different forms of exercise, exercise intensity and exercise volume. (3) Delayed onset muscle soreness occurred in different age groups after high intensity exercise, but the duration of overdose recovery was different because of the different stimulus responses to exercise intensity and exercise volume.
