2008-2017年重庆市武隆区艾滋病疫情流行病学分析

Epidemic Analysis of AIDS in Wulong District of Chongqing Since 2008 to 2017

目的分析重庆市武隆区2008-2017年艾滋病病毒感染状况及流行趋势,以便采取干预控制措施,预防和控制艾滋病的传播和蔓延。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统艾滋病综合防治信息系统中信息资料,对重庆市武隆区2008-2017年报告的HIV感染者及病人数据进行分析。结果 2008-2017年重庆市武隆区艾滋病疫情逐渐上升,病例报告从2008年5例增长到2017年55例,累计报告247例,其中男性占73.3%,女性26.7%;以20~49岁年龄组为主,占70.0%;职业以农民和家政、家务及待业为主,占54.6%;传播途径主要以性传播为主,占93.5%,其中异性性传播占76.5%,同性性传播占17.0%。结论重庆市武隆区的艾滋病疫情处于中流行状态,传播呈快速上升趋势,疫情正在向一般人群蔓延,性传播成为主要的传播途径。

Objective To analyze HIV/AIDS epidemic conditions in WuLong district of Chongqing from 2008 to 2017 and provide data for the government to formulate strategies to control and prevention. Methods According to the data from National Diseases Reporting Information System, statistical analysis was performed with the used of SPSS on the HIV infected people and patients who were from Wulong district of Chongqing. Results The infection situation of HIV/AIDS epidemic appeared the growing trend from 2008 to 2017 in Wulong district of Chongqing, number of the reported case was increased from 5 cases in 2008 to 55 cases in 2017. There were 247 HIV/AIDS cases were reported by the end of 2017, about 73.3% of them were male and 26.7% were female, with mainly age group between 20 -49 accounting for 70. 0%, with mainly occupations covering peasant, housekeeping staff, and the jobless for 54.6%. The paths of spread mainly included sexual contact for 93.5 % , of which heterosexual accounted for 76.5 % and homosexual accounted for 17.0%. Conclusion The infection of HIV/AIDS epidemic was in the medium level in WuLong district, present quick uptrend and spread to general population, the sexually transmitted has become the main route.
