生物杀蟑饵剂对山区旅客列车蜚蠊防治效果

Efficiency of Biocide Bait on Blatt Control in Passenger Train of Mountain Area

目的探讨生物杀蟑饵剂对山区旅客列车蜚蠊防治的效果。方法选取2015-2016年残杀威和生物杀蟑饵剂对某区间运行的旅客列车杀蟑效果。结果残杀威1年期平均车辆侵害率为5.71%,生物杀蟑饵剂为0.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.60,P<0.01)。使用残杀威后蜚蠊平均密度为12.33,使用生物杀蟑饵剂后为0.93,相对密度下降率达95.31%。结论生物杀蟑饵剂药效显著,采取1次/季度的施药频率,1年期平均密度控制在1(只/厢)以下,符合《铁路站车病媒生物监测方法及控制要求》。

Objective To explore the effect of biocide bait on cockroach prevention in passenger trains of mountain area. Methods Propoxur and biocide bait were selected to kill cockroach in certain passenger trains from 2015 to 2016. Results The annual average rate of the damage decreased from 5.71% by using Propoxur to 0.75% by using biocide bait, the difference was statistically significant （ χ2 = 10. 60, p〈 0.01 ）. The average density of cockroach decreased from 12.33 by using Propoxur to 0. 93 by using biocide bait, and the relative density decreased by 95.31%. Conclusion The efficacy of biological kill bombs baits was significant, by using the drug once quarterly, the average density was controlled under one only （only/compartments） , conformed to the ‘ Biological and Disease Monitoring Methods and Control Requirements of Railroad Station ＂ and Vehicle＂.
