高职院校校内实习公司的模式及案例研究

A Mode and Case Study of Internship in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校校企融合不断深入，推动了校内实习公司的建立，为学生提供更良好的实习平台。通过阐述高职校内实习公司的模式和类型，从资金来源和经营形式上进行划分，简要分析了应用较为广泛的引进企业型、校企股份制和材料加工型等模式，重点以几所校内实习公司实施效果较好的高职院校为例，研究了其成功的运作方式，包括校内模具公司、液压气动及自动化技术实习基地和“四有工”实习基地，为高职院校建立健全校内实习公司及运行方式提供借鉴。

The deepening integration between school and enterprise in higher vocational colleges has promoted the establishment of internship companies and provided a better practice platform for students. By elaborating the mode and type of the internship company in higher vocational school, this paper divides the fund source and management form of the higher vocational college, and briefly analyzes the more widely applied models of introducing enterprise type, school enterprise stock system and material processing type. Taking several better implementation effect of the internship companies in higher vocational colleges as an example, the successful operation methods are studied, in- cluding the internal school mold company, the hydraulic pneumatic and automation technology practice base and the＂ four workers＂ practice base. It can provide a reference for the establishment and improvement of the intern prac- tice company and the operation mode in higher vocational colleges.
