摘要
为了提高TPS改性沥青排水性混合料低温和疲劳性抗裂性,本文通过拉伸试验、BBR、和SCB疲劳试验分析了2%-5%聚酯纤维掺量对TPS改性沥青及其排水性混合料性能的改善作用。试验结果表明:聚酯纤维的加入显著改善了TPS改性沥青及排水性沥青混合料的低温和疲劳抗裂性,且随着聚酯纤维掺量的增加,普通TPS改性沥青混合料的抗裂性呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,在4%聚酯纤维掺量时,TPS改性混合料的抗裂性出现峰值,并基于复合改性沥青胶浆和SCB试件破坏界面扫描电镜试验,揭示了聚酯纤维对TPS改性沥青混合料的影响机理。
In order to improve the low temperature and fatigue resistance of TPS modified asphalt drainage, this pa- per analyzes the effect of 2% - 5% polyester fiber content on the performance of TPS modified asphalt and its drainage mixture by tensile test, BBR and SCB fatigue test. The test results indicate that the addition of the polyester fiber significantly improved the TPS modified asphalt and asphalt mixture at low temperature and fatigue resistance, and with the increasing amount of polyester fiber, the crack resistance is a common rIPS modified asphalt mixture is first increased and then decreased, in 4% polyester fiber content. The peak of TPS modified mixture crack resistance, and based on the composite modified asphalt mortar and SCB fracture surface scanning electron microscopy test, mechanism of polyester fiber of TPS modified asphalt mixture is revealed.
