摘要
车栽充电器是给插电式混合动力汽车电池包充电的设备。半桥LLC谐振变换器因其体积小、花费少、高效率、高功率密度而越来越多的应用于电池充电领域。半桥LLC谐振变换器在频率调制的方式下能够实现主开关管的零电压开通,副边整流二极管的零电流关断,降低了开关损耗。本文用调频控制方法实现了PHEV车载蓄电池的恒流恒压充电,仿真及实验都表明用调频控制半桥LLC谐振变换器在PHEV车载充电电路中有很好的表现。
The vehicle charger is a device for charging the battery pack of the plug - in hybrid electric vehicle. The half bridge LLC resonant converter is more and more used in battery charging because of its small size, low cost, high efficiency and high power density. Half bridge LLC resonant converter can realize zero voltage switching of main switch tube and zero current turn off of secondary diode rectifier under frequency modulation mode, thus re- ducing switching losses. In this paper, the constant voltage and constant voltage charging of PHEV vehicle battery is realized by FM control method. Simulation and experiment show that the half bridge LLC resonant converter with fre- quency modulation has a good performance in PHEV vehicle charging circuit.
