积极心理学视野下高职贫困学生“扶志立勤”心理辅导探析

On Impoverished College Students＇To be Determined and Study Diligently＇ Psychological Counseling from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

高职院校的贫困学生存在的消极自卑、志短、焦虑情绪、人际关系障碍等心理问题，本文从积极心理学的角度出发，通过培养学生对贫困的正确认知、增强积极情绪体验和培养积极的人格品质三种途径来解决贫困生心理问题，帮助他们立志勤学。

The impoverished college students have such problems as negative inferiority, ambitions, anxiety and in- terpersonal relationship. From the perspective of positive psychology, this paper tries to cultivate students＇correct recognition of poverty, enhance positive emotions and cultivate positive personality quality three kinds of ways to solve the psychological problems of poor students, and help them to be determined and study diligently.
