基于精细化有限元模型的自保温暗骨架承重墙抗震性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 从抗震节能一体化角度提出了面向村镇建筑的新型结构体系,即自保温暗骨架承重墙结构体系,该结构体系由暗骨架提供约束,具有多道抗震设防能力。为探索自保温暗骨架承重墙的抗震性能,本文建立了其精细化有限元模型,该模型由混凝土小型空心砌块、混凝土暗骨架以及钢筋等组合而成,采用"牵引力-分离模型"考虑了各组块之间的接触关系。通过分析低周反复荷载作用下墙体的破坏模式、极限承载力以及墙体裂缝开展过程等,研究了高宽比、竖向荷载以及暗骨架布置方式对其抗震性能的影响,结果表明:所建立的精细化有限元模型求解高效、结果可靠;自保温暗骨架承重墙的破坏分为弯曲型、剪切-弯曲型、剪切型三种类型。据此,补充提出了自保温暗骨架承重墙的抗震设计建议与构造措施,还修正建立了剪切破坏模式下自保温暗骨架承重墙的抗震受剪承载力计算公式。 The self-insulating structure system with inner skeleton is restrained by internal skeleton,which is designed for rural buildings and has many seismic fortification lines. In order to explore the seismic performance of self-insulating structural wall with inner skeleton,a sophisticated finite element( FE) model is established,which consists of small concrete hollow block,inner concrete skeleton and steel bar and uses "traction-separation model "is used to reflect the main contact relationship of the wall. With the laterally reversed low-cyclic loading,the failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity and variation of crack propagation are studied under different height-width ratio,vertical load and arrangement methods of inner skeleton. The results show that the FE model could calculate effectively and reliably, and the wall 's design failure modes are divided into bending, shearing-bending and shearing type.Accordingly,the wall's constructive measures and design suggestions are put forward,and the wall's seismic shear bearing capacity calculation formula under shearing failure type is modified.
