摘要 氧化应激概念最先产生于人类对于衰老的认识。近年来,研究发现氧化应激在急性肺损伤中起着重要作用,对氧化应激机制的研究有利于急性肺损伤的治疗。本文将从氧化应激概述、产生来源、致肺损伤机制等方面进行总结。 The concept of oxidative stress first came from the understanding of aging in humans. It has been found that oxidative stress plays an important role in acute lung injury in recent years. The study of oxidative stress mechanism is conducive to the treatment of acute lung injury. The article summarizes the review and origin of oxidative stress, the mechanism of lung injury and so on.
