Design of multi-cavity rubber mould for precision diaphragm

摘要 通过分析膜片零件的结构特点,结合单腔模具结构存在的问题,模具设计采用一模四腔结构,模具分模面采用水平与垂直结合的方式,消除零件脱模时的断裂现象;改进左模芯与右模芯在水平与垂直方向分模面余胶槽设计,实现膜片零件无飞边化一次成型。采用镜面电火花加工左模芯与右模芯型腔,保证模具型腔尺寸要求。该模具结构操作方便,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了效率。经生产实践证明,模具结构合理,成型的产品零件厚度尺寸稳定、外观质量好。 The mould was designed to use a four-cavity structure by analyzing the structure characteristic and the problems existing in the single cavity mould.The parting surface was designed with the combination of horizontal and vertical way to eliminate the fracture in demoulding.The non-edge once forming of the diaphragm was realized by improving the design for rubber flow groove of the parting surface in the horizontal and vertical direction of left and right mould core.The cavity of left and right mould core was processing by mirror EDM to meet the dimensional requirement.The structure of this mould is easy to operate,reduces the labor intensity of workers greatly,improves the efficiency and is proved to be reasonable under mass production.The production has a stable size and good appearance.
