摘要
通过对汽车遮光板塑料挂钩的工艺性分析,对生产该塑件的模具进行设计,并对模具分型面的选择、型腔数量的确定及排布、浇注系统、成型零件、冷却水道的设计进行了分析和阐述。实践表明,该模具结构设计合理,生产效率高。模具采用潜伏式浇口,塑件表面不会留下浇口去除后的痕迹,塑件表面质量好,适合用于大批量生产。
A mould was designed based on the process analysis of a plastic hook for the car visor.The location of the parting surface,the amount and layout of cavities and the design of gating system,forming parts as well as the cooling system were discussed.The mould was proved to have a reasonable structure design and high production efficiency under practice.The plastic product has a good surface quality because of the submarine gate,so this mould is suitable for mass production.
