摘要
铝合金吸塑模具在实际生产应用中相对于石膏模、铜模、胶模更经久耐用、生产效率高、废品率低,但是其制造精度与制造难度较高。采用UG软件CAM模块,针对某药品包装吸塑模具,结合实际生产条件设计了该模具的加工工艺路线,进行数控加工程序的编制,并使用加工中心加工出合格的模具。该工艺操作性强,方便实用。
Aluminum Alloy plastic suction mould is more durable with high production efficiency and low rejection rate in actual production application compared with the plaster mould,copper mould and the rubber mould,but its manufacturing precision and difficulty of manufacturing is high.The mould processing route for a medicine packaging plastic suction mould was designed according to the actual production conditions based on the CAM module of UG software.The NC programming was carried out and the qualified mould was processed by the machining center.The process is practical and easy to operate.
