摘要
为提升凸模类零件双面加工的质量和效率,研究比较了工件二次加工的装夹定位、高度控制及数控编程原点确定的多种方案,分析了5种在实践加工中产生缺陷的原因,并给出了解决对策。结果表明:通过合理的选择加工次序、控制装夹高度及加工深度、改良分中工具和优化加工工艺参数等,能够避免加工缺陷,提高加工质量和效率。
The various methods of clamping positioning,height control and programming origin determination for the secondary machining were compared to improve the quality and efficiency of the double-side machining.The defects in five kinds of processing were analyzed and the countermeasures were given respectively.The results show that the processing quality and efficiency can be improved by choosing the processing order reasonably,controlling the installation height and processing depth,improving the middle tool and optimizing the processing parameters.
