基于热平衡和灰平衡的大型CFB锅炉循环灰量的研究 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,循环流化床锅炉以其与煤粉锅炉相当的燃烧效率、低廉的脱硫成本、较低的氮氧化物排放水平以及广泛的燃料适应性,得到迅猛发展。大型循环流化床锅炉的物料平衡关系,受锅炉高温灰循环倍率的设计选取、燃用煤种、锅炉负荷等因素的影响很大,很难在现场直接测量。本文通过对CFB锅炉热平衡和灰平衡的除部分,计算不同负荷下锅炉的循环灰量,对下一步进行大型CFB锅炉物料平衡关系的研究提供了基础数据。
