摘要 薄壁壳体零件材料为LY12,刚性差、强度弱。在加工过程中受切削力、切削热、断续切削条件及定位夹紧等因素的影响,极易变形,不易保证零件的加工质量。本文以某安装壳体薄壁零件为例,结合双主轴车削加工中心,编制应用双主轴传递同步运行程序,对车削加工过程中装夹方法、切削用量等参数进行优化,进一步提高其生产效率,确保零件的加工质量。 The material of thin- walled shell parts is LY12, and its rigidity is poor and the strength is weak. In the process of cutting, the cutting force, cutting heat, interrupted cutting conditions and location and clamping factors are very easy to deform, which is not easy to ensure the quality of parts. This paper taken a case of thin walled parts installation as an example, combined with double spindle turning center,double spindle system using transfer synchronous operation procedures, for turning the clamping means, cutting parameters optimization, to further improve the production efficiency, ensureed the components the processing quality.
