Preparation of Flexible Gravure Printing Ink for Polyurethane Flexible Packaging Materials

以聚酯多元醇、异氰酸酯以及扩链剂、催化剂为主要原料,制备了一种用于食品软包装的塑料凹版印刷聚氨酯油墨连接料。该连接料与其他溶剂型连接料最大的不同在于树脂无毒性,不含酮和苯系物,且聚氨酯树脂挥发较快,得到一种系列油墨配方简单,符合食品油墨包装要求连接料。

A kind of plastic gravure printing ink for polyurethane flexible packaging was prepared by using polyester polyol, isocyanate, chain extender and catalyst as the main raw materials. The biggest difference between this binder and other solvent-borne linkers is that the resin is non-toxic, free of ketones and benzene-type compounds, and the polyurethane resin volatilizes faster, resulting in a series of ink formulations that are simple and meet the requirements of food ink packaging materials.
