本文对水利水电工程对生态环境的影响与保护对策进行全方位分析,首先简要概述加强水利水电工程建设的必要性,其次论述水利水电工程建设对生态环境的影响,接着阐释当前我国水利水电工程建设的现状,最后笔者结合自身专业理论知识与实践操作经验,提出了几点建设性的有效策略。

In this paper, the impaction and protection measures of water conservancy and hydropower project on the ecological environment comprehensive are analysised, first introduced briefly the necessity of strengthening the construction of water conservancy and hydropower project, then discussed the influence of water conservancy and hydropower project construction on the ecological environment, and then explained the current situation of China＇s hydraulic engineering construction, finally the author of their own professional knowledge and practice operation experience, put forward some constructive strategies.
