摘要
针对一种内外层为玻璃钢、芯层为陶粒树脂混凝土的新型复合材料隧道逃生管道结构,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对逃生管道的关门塌方性能进行了数值模拟。结果表明:(1)关门塌方模拟时,随着围岩等级的增加,逃生管道所受的应力增加,三车道隧道逃生管道所受的应力最大,不同坍塌位置对逃生管道应力影响不大;(2)所提出的新型逃生管道在关门塌方模拟时,均满足应急逃生需求。
A new type of composite tunnel escape tube structure which inner and outer is glass fiber, core layer is ceramsite resin concrete was proposed. The closing collapse of the escape tube were numerically simulated by ABAQUS finite element software, the conclusions drawn are as follow: ① when the closing collapse is simulated, the stress of the escape pipe increases with the increase of the surrounding rock grade; the stress of the escape pipeline of the three lane tunnel is the largest; different collapse positions have little influence on the stress of escape pipeline ;②the new type of escape pipe meets the emergency evacuation demand when closing collapse simulation.
