寒旱地区水电工程建设对环境影响的分析——以青海拉西瓦水电站为例 被引量:3

摘要 高原寒旱地区生态环境稳定性低,对外来干扰的抵御能力相对较弱,因此关注水电开发建设对环境的影响十分必要。本文针对青海高原寒旱地区环境特点,分析了拉西瓦水电工程建设对环境的影响。从宏观上看,这种影响主要表现在由于蓄水淹没,建设占地对区域景观格局的改变方面;从生态角度看,主要表现在对局地气候、生态环境及生物多样性的影响。通过数据分析及对比,拉西瓦水电站对环境的影响控制在允许范围之内,建设区域生态恢复依然是一个任重道远的工作。 Plateau, cold and dry areas have low stability of ecological environment and relatively weak ability to resist external disturbances. Therefore, it is very necessary to pay close attention to the impact of hydropower development on environment. According to the environmental characteristics of cold and drought area of Qinghai plateau, analyzed the influence of Laxiwa Hydropower Engineering Construction on environment. Macroscopically, the impact is mainly due to the change of landscape pattern due to water storage and inundation. From an ecological point of view, it is mainly reflected in the effects of local climate, ecological environment and biodiversity. Through data analysis and comparison, the influence of Laxiwa Hydropower Station on the environment is within the allowed scope, and the construction of regional ecological restoration is still a long way to go.
