摘要
惯性振动给料机是利用振动器中偏心块旋转产生离心力,使筛箱、振动器等可动部分作圆或近似圆的运动.给料机是由给料槽体、激振器、弹簧支座、传动装置等组成的.物料在给料机振动床上的运动状态直接影响给料机的给料效率.本文对物料在惯性振动给料机振动床上的运动状态进行研究.
The inertial vibrating feeder uses the rotation of eccentric blocks in the vibrator to produce the centrifugal force which forces moving parts including the screen box, the vibrator, etc to make the circular or approximate circu.lar movement. The feeder is made up of the feeding tub, the vibrator, the spring support, the driving device, etc. The moving state of feed on the vibrating bed of the feeder directly influences the feeding efficiency. The article carried on research on the moving state of feed on the vibrating bed of the inertial vibrating feeder.
