针对当前人工配料模式已不能满足中小型鸡饲料企业需要的情况, 本文结合鸡饲料生产工艺技术及自动化技术, 设计出基于PLC控制和MCGS组态人机界面的自动配料监控系统.本系统可以实现配料过程当中称重全自动、 配比全自动、 混合全自动.通过监控系统, 工作人员可以在办公室实时查看生产过程, 实时操作, 大大提高生产效率, 节省人工成本.

This system can realize the weight in the process of ingredients automatic, the ratio of automatic, mixing automatic. By monitoring the system,the staff can view the production process in real time in the office and operate in real time. greatly improving production efficiency and saving labor cost.
