青藏高原格桑花植物色素敏化太阳能电池研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文从西藏特有的天然植物, 龙胆花、 格桑花中提取色素, 对比色素紫外-可见吸收光谱, 发现两种色素吸收光谱形状极为类似, 但格桑花较龙胆花有较强的吸光性能.利用格桑花色素制备了染料敏化太阳能电池, 并对电池性能参数进行了测试, 得到电池的短路电流密度为0.360mA/cm^2, 开路电压为470mV, 光电转化效率为0.121. In this study, we extracted pigment from natural plants of Tibet, Gentiana and Ge Sanghua, and compared the UV Vis absorption spectra of pigments. It was found that the absorption spectra of two kinds of pigments were very similar, but Ge Sanghua had stronger absorbance than Gentiana flowers. Dye-sensitized solar cells were prepared by Ge Sanghua pigments. The performance parameters of the dye-sensitized solar cells were tested. The short circuit current density of the solar cells was 0.360 mA/cm2, the open circuit voltage was 470 mV, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency was 0.121
