摘要
本文从规范车身横截面设计、制定车身侧围分割原则、控制前后围造型边界,驾驶区硬点尺寸统一等四个方面入手,阐述了客车车身模块化设计理念。通过车身模块的合理划分,提高了车身主要零部件的通用化程度。
This paper starts with four aspects： standardizing the cross section design of the car body, formu- lating the principle of side eireumference division of the hody, controlling the houndary of the front and rear girth modeling, and unifying the size of the hard spot in the driving area, expounds the concept of modular design of bus body. Through the reasonable division of the body module, it improves the generalization de- gree of the main parts of the body.
