摘要
研究了线束的快速检测,介绍了一种新的线束检测系统及方法,通过观看数码管读数与被测线束根数是否相符,实验中对5组线束进行了导通性测试,结果表明线束全部导通,检测结果准确,适用于实验室台架或复杂汽车线束系统的检测。
The rapid detection of wire harnesses is researched in this paper. Introduced a new harness detection system and method.Observe that the digital tube reading is consistent with the number of wire harnesses under test. The results show that all harnesses are conducting. Test result is accurate. The method is suitable for inspection of laboratory benches or complex automotive wiring harness system.
