日本的五台山信仰研究

A Study of the Japanese Faith in Wutai Mountain

中国五台山是中国佛教"国际化"的象征地之一,具有丰厚的文化底蕴。其文化底蕴是吸引圆仁、成寻等一代代日本高僧前往巡礼的原因所在,值得当今学者进一步研究挖掘。本文在梳理研究现状的基础上,进一步考察日本的五台山信仰问题。在人类追求和平友好的二十一世纪,深入研究五台山文化具有深远的时代意义。该研究亦是中国文化在海外传播的课题之一,对于我们重新认识中华文化也具有一定的参考意义。

Wutai Mountain is one of the most symbolic places in the internationalization of Chinese Buddhism. The very rich cultural heritage of Wutai Mountain is the exact reason why generations of famous Japanese monks like Ennin and J6jin made pil- grimages to it. It is valuable for modem scholars to make further research on this subject. This paper, based on previous studies, focuses on the Japanese faith associated with Wutai Mountain. In the 21 st century when peace and friendship is in pursuit, deep research on the Japanese faith in Wutai Mountain possesses a profound meaning for the era. It is also one of the subjects about the circulation of Chinese culture abroad and is able to provide us with some referable information to rethink Chinese culture.
