集体记忆视阈下图书馆影音记忆文献建设研究——以中国国家图书馆“中国记忆”项目为例

Construction of Audio-Visual Memory Library in the Perspective of Collective Memory——A Case Study of China Memory Project of the National Library of China

当前我国图书馆在影音记忆文献建设上存在不足,图书馆应深入认识借助影音记忆文献打造国家和民族集体记忆之场的职责。中国国家图书馆发起的"中国记忆"项目是国内图书馆界最早进行的影音记忆文献建设项目,在影音记忆文献建设方面积累了宝贵的经验,证明了图书馆建设影音记忆文献的可行性。图书馆应以集体记忆理论为支撑,定位记忆,挖掘记忆资源,搭建开放的资源平台;抢救性拍摄,建立个人影像档案;形成影像集群,构建集体记忆,在此基础上,从前期准备、拍摄、后期整理、推广发布、资源共享等方面开展具体的实施工作。

Due to the shortages in the construction of audio-video memory literatures, libraries should clear its responsibility of creating China and national collective memory by audio-video memory literatures. China Memory Project is the earliest audio-video memory literatures project launched by the National Library in China. The project has valuable experience in the construction of audio-video memory literatures, and has proved it is practicable to operate in the library. Based on the theory of collective memory, the library should set up an open resource platform with positioning memory and mining memory resources, establish personal image files with rescuing shooting, and construct memory myths with image clusters.Thus, concrect plans could be implemented in aspects of preliminary preparation, shooting, post-processing, releasing, and resources sharing.
