大学图书馆多元空间服务设计研究——以新加坡南洋理工大学图书馆为例

Study on Multi-Dimensional Space Service Design of University Libraries:A Case Study of Nanyang Technological University Library

采用文献调研和网络调研的方法,对新加坡南洋理工大学图书馆多元空间的创新和改造案例进行分析可以发现,其空间服务设计强调空间布置的差异化、服务环境的动态化、服务设施的数字化、无形服务的有形化。我国大学图书馆在多元空间服务设计时应借鉴其成功经验,遵循"去中心化"原则,服务优先级原则,全渠道、跨渠道体验原则;明确空间服务定位,整合服务资源,融入新技术因素。

The case of Nanyang Technological University Library is analyzed in aspects of multi-dimensional space innovation and reconstruction by methods of literature and network survey. It shows that the space design emphasizes differentiation of space layout, dynamicity of service environment, digitization of service facilities and visibility of invisible service. University libraries in China should draw on its successful experience,follow the principle of decentralization, service priority, and omni-channel and cross-channel experience; clarify the orientation of space service,integrate service resources and incorporate new technical factors into the space service design.
