国际艺术城视野下的宝钢工业遗存的更新与转型策略

The Renewal and Transformation Strategy of Baosteel's Industry Heritage from the Perspective of International Art City

随着城市发展进入新的阶段,国家以及上海为推动吴淞工业区的转型与发展,提升城市功能,提出以基于城市更新为核心前提的吴淞工业未来的发展方向和整体思路。本文通过梳理国内外类似的工业遗存转型的更新实例,梳理和总结了目前城市工业遗存在转型更新过程中的现状和问题,旨在探索国际艺术城的视野下的工业遗存转型发展策略方向。

As the city＇s development enters a new stage,the country and Shanghai proposed the future development direction and overall thinking of Wusong Industry based on the core of urban renewal in order to promote the transformation and development of the Wusong Industrial Zone and enhance the city＇s functions.In this paper,by sorting out the updated instances of similar industrial heritage at home and abroad,the present situation and problems in the process of transformation and renewal of the current urban industr y are combed and summed up,aiming at exploring the direction of development of the industrial heritage transformation under the perspective of the international art city.
