摘要 城市轨道交通车载控制器与信号系统其他子系统具有多种类型接口,进行系统集成测试时存在测试环境搭建复杂、故障注入难以实现等问题,鉴于此,提出一种车载控制器集成测试的新模式,即主要采用仿真模拟的技术手段来构建集成测试平台,实现其他子系统的虚拟化和模块化控制,有利于实现故障精准注入,并引入部分实体设备以还原真实工作环境。对车载控制器仿真测试平台环境部署和实现方式进行简单的阐述,并将该方法在单轨车载控制器的集成测试中进行了实践和应用,辅助车载控制器通过了SIL4安全认证,大幅度降低测试人员及设备场地费用,同时也提高测试效率,具有良好的用户体验与经济效益。 There are many types of interfaces between the onboard controller and signal subsystems for urban rail transit, so it is complicated to establish systems integration testing environment and is difficult to implement fault injection. The paper puts forward a new onboard controller integration test mode of mainly using simulation techniques to build an integration test platform to achieve the virtualization and modular control of other subsystems, help to achieve precise fault injection, and to restore the real working environment by the introduction of some physical equipment. The paper describes the environment deployment and implementation of the onboard controller simulation test platform and the practical application of the monorail onboard controller integration test. The simulation mode has an auxiliary function for passing SIL4 safety certification of the onboard controller, and it is helpful to reduce the quantity of testing personnel and equipment costs and to improve the test efficiency, with good user experience and economic benefits.
