摘要 发展长久的红外探测器,是一种发展成熟应用普遍的探测器。该器件利用能量转换原理,可将红外辐射信号转换为电信号,可以在室温下工作,拥有高响应率的特点,在非接触测温、光谱分析、光电开关、水分测定、火焰探测、气体分析等领域得到了广泛发展。主要就环境温度和PbS红外探测器的工作温度可能对其探测性能产生的影响进行研究,采用半导体制冷技术,对其工作温度进行调节,并设计基本电路,通过实验,得到在制冷和非制冷情况下,红外探测器的性能差异。得到采用制冷技术能够大大提升红外探测器的探测性能的结论。 The long-term development of infrared detectors,is a development of mature applications commonly used detectors.The device uses energy conversion principle,the infrared radiation signal can be converted into electrical signals,can work at room temperature,with high response rate characteristics,in the non-contact temperature measurement,spectral analysis,photoelectric switch,moisture determination,flame detection,gas analysis And other fields have been widely developed.In this paper,the influence of the working temperature of PbS infrared detector and the environment temperature on its detection performance is studied.The semiconductor cooling technology is used to control the working temperature,and the basic circuit is designed.Through the experiment,the experimental results show that the differences in Signal-to-Noise ratio of infrared detectors in the case of refrigeration and non-cooling,we can get the conclusions that the use of refrigeration technology can greatly enhance the detection performance of infrared detectors.
