摘要 针对地下工程空气温湿度因素对设备至关重要性,根据性能指标及实际需求,提出了一种基于PLC的某型除湿控制系统及调试系统的软硬件实现方案。利用PLC高可靠性、功能全面,强大的抗干扰能力等强大技术优势,控制系统的除湿机控制器采用工业级Siemens S7-200PLC作为控制核心组件,使用Step7-Micro/WINV4.0软件对PLC控制器的控制策略进行设计,实现对除湿机的各项功能控制及参数设定;解决了PLC控制器人机交互界面不友好问题,通过MODBUS协议实现了PLC与上位机实时交互;使用Visual Basic平台开发除湿机调试系统,实现了除湿机系统进行状态查询及参数设定。经系统联调,结果表明:控制系统和调试系统均操作简单,调试方便,运行可靠。 According to the performance and the actual demand,a kind of hardware and software realization scheme of a kind of dehumidification control system and debugging system based on PLC was proposed in this paper.Taking the advantage of high reliability,full-featured,powerful anti-jamming capability and other powerful technical in PLC,the industrial Siemens S7-200 PLC was used as the core control components in the dehumidifier control system,and used the Step7-Micro/WINV4.0 software to design control strategy,which realizing the control function and parameter setting of the dehumidifier on the PLC.In order to solve the problem of unfriendly interface between PLC and Human interaction,the MODBUS protocol was used to realize the real-time interaction between PLC and PC,and the dehumidifier debugging system was developed by Visual Basic platform for status query and parameter setting.The results show that the control system and the debugging system were simple to operate,easy to debug and reliable.
